You can only exchange your item within 10 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

We understand your feelings, but unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our website after logging in.

If you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us at info@giftstory.store and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, from the "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to info@giftstory.store or call +91 9717172827. The returned product should be in its original packaging and the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

A Gift Story pays for your delivery, but for the same day delivery of celebration cakes, shipping is chargeable.
